Responsibilities
: Immediate need for a Live Production Manager for a chicken grow-out facility in Eastern NC. This role manages and provides direction for 3 hatcheries and 3 feed mills.

Specific responsibilities include: Communicate effectively with subordinates, peers and senior management and non-company personnel to ensure optimal performance and resolution of problems. Develop, implement and monitor Live Production budgets. Enforce compliance with company requirements regarding bio-security, food safety and poultry welfare programs and policies.

Maintain compliance with all local, state and federal regulations as they relate to poultry production. Maintain a safe working environment. Analyze trends and variables to identify problem areas or successes and take appropriate action.

Requirements: BS Degree in Animal Science is preferred. Other degrees and years of experience in lieu of a degree will be considered. Additionally: 5+ years of relevant experience (with a degree.
